successful three-decade-plus stellar career in the industry. He has been actively engaged in
researching and implementing innovative technologies throughout his career.
Aside from his professional endeavors, Aalok is also a dedicated philanthropist, having
dedicated almost three decades of his life to serving humanity. His upbeat and optimistic
personality is a source of joy and positivity to those around him.

Dr. Madhav Marathe is a distinguished professor at the University of Virginia. Over the last
30 years, Madhav has developed innovative computational tools and technologies to
address important societal problems, including pandemic preparedness and response,
urban transport planning and integrated smart grids.
Col Mr. Shirish Pandey is a veteran Special Forces Officer with over three decades of service to the nation. He
has operated across the length and breadth of the nations borders ranging from Kashmir in the North to
Arunachal in the East and places in between. An accomplished Combat Freefall Specialist, he has led
troops in battle in various terrains against numerous adversaries. He is an alumni of the DSSC Wellington
and AWC, Mhow. He commanded his battalion in the dense and forbidding jungle terrain abutting the
famous WW2 Road leading from Imphal to Tiddim as well as the Junior Leaders Academy, Bareilly and the
Paratroopers Training School. He is a recipient of three Army Commanders Commendations and DG , NSG
Commendation. Post his stellar career he now specialises in Resilience and Security framework in addition
to consulting/ mentoring on defence projects.
